All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it. A contract is formed only when we send your order confirmation email.

3.3 Pricing

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days via DHL/FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): Processed in 1-2 business days via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

You may return unworn items in original condition with tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

5.2 Returns Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return, issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You must provide accurate delivery and payment information. Modish Muse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

6.2 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or damage.
