We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) with two convenient shipping options:

    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Processing time: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every Modish Muse purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or deodorant marks
  • Original packaging included where possible
  • Hygiene exception: Lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty

The Returns Process

  2. Await Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number
  3. Package Securely: Include the original invoice and mark your RMA number clearly on the package

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same initiation process as returns
  • Specify your desired alternative item in your email
  • We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item
  • Once received, we’ll dispatch your new item with no additional shipping charge

Refund Information

Upon receiving your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty Items
