Our Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from perfume or deodorant marks
  • Original packaging should be included where possible
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie (unless faulty)

The Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Liverpool style advisors at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order (see template below)
  2. Await Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include the original invoice and mark your RMA number clearly on the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send via tracked mail to:

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same initiation process as returns
  2. Specify your desired alternative item in your email
  3. We’ll provide instructions for returning the original item
  4. Once received, we’ll dispatch your new item with no additional shipping charge

Refund Information

Upon receiving your return:

  • Processing takes 3-5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty Items

Should you receive a damaged or defective item (our quality control makes this rare), please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
