We ship worldwide with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm delivery availability to your location.

– Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS postal service
– Processing: 1-2 business days
– Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Free shipping automatically applies at checkout for qualifying orders.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you can track directly on their websites. For EMS shipments, use your national postal service’s tracking system.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Premium items (coats, knitwear) must include original packaging

Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, please place a new order after completing your return.

Once we receive your return, please allow:

• 5-7 business days for processing
• Additional time for your bank to post the refund (typically 3-5 business days)
